• Unused items and accessories can be returned within 60 days of receipt.
• Returns must be in new, unused condition with original undamaged packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, with digital gift cards credited first if applicable.
• The return process involves logging in to your account, filling in return details, preparing the return shipment, and sending it back. Refunds may take 7-14 working days.
• Items purchased online can be returned for a full refund within 60 days, while items bought in-store can be returned for a credit note or exchange.
• Certain items, such as those deteriorating or expiring rapidly, magazines, items with broken seals, or inseparably mixed items, cannot be returned.
• Refunds are processed to the same payment method used during the order placement.
• If an item for exchange is not available, a refund will be processed instead.
