Purchasing:

• By submitting your order, you are offering to buy the goods and granting Roda Cycle permission to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying the goods. Your details may be shared with couriers and subcontractors involved in the delivery process. Roda Cycle will not use your details for other purposes without your consent, and you have the right to request the removal of your details from their system.
• The contract between you and Roda Cycle is formed once they confirm acceptance of your order. Ownership of the goods remains with Roda Cycle until full payment is received.
• All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions are excepted. Delivery dates provided for out of stock items are estimates.
• Free Shipping is available for purchases of $5000 (all items). For purchases over $10000, tax will be provided free of charge. The responsibility for the cost of tax in your country lies with our company.
